By booking a service with Infusion Aesthetics, you agree to the following terms:
1. Consultations

All consultations require a non-refundable $50 fee, due at the time of booking.

This fee is applied toward your first treatment if you choose to proceed.

Missed consultations without proper notice (see Cancellation Policy below) will forfeit the fee.
2. Tattoo Removal Services

Pricing for tattoo removal sessions ranges from $200–$400 per session, depending on tattoo size, location, and complexity.

A bundle of 5 sessions is available and requires a $1,000 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Bundle pricing is offered at a discount and is not refundable, even if fewer than 5 sessions are used.
3. Cancellation + Rescheduling Policy

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice.

Changes made with less than 72 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session price.

No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in loss of booking privileges or full charge.
4. Eligibility & Medical Considerations

Clients must be 18 years or older.

Certain medical conditions, medications, or skin sensitivities may prevent eligibility for treatment.

You will be asked to complete a consent form and disclose relevant medical information prior to your first session.
5. Aftercare & Client Responsibility

Written aftercare instructions will be provided following each session.

Failure to follow aftercare protocols may affect healing outcomes and result longevity.

Infusion Aesthetics is not liable for complications arising from improper aftercare.
6. Results Disclaimer

Tattoo removal outcomes vary based on individual skin, tattoo composition, placement, and health.

While many clients see dramatic improvements, results are not guaranteed, and multiple sessions are often required.

No refunds will be issued for perceived lack of results.
7. Payment Terms

Payments are accepted via cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, and Square.

Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise specified.

Payment plans are not currently offered.
8. Photo & Media Release

Before and after photos may be taken for documentation purposes.
-
With your consent, Infusion Aesthetics reserves the right to use these photos for marketing, education, and social media.
-
Identifiable features will be cropped or blurred unless otherwise discussed.
9. Policy Updates
Infusion Aesthetics reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website and provided in-studio.
